Is this a good fitness plan? - racquetball and fitness san antonio
Here are my current plan fitness:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays --
Dumbbell bench press
Shoulder Press Machine
The line of the machine (back)
Biceps Curl
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Ab Crunch
3 sets of 10 average weight drive
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays,
45-60 minutes walking, cycling or other cardiovascular machine
Or
Play a game, such as badminton, racquetball, basketball
My two main questions are, if anything I would add, subtract, or my education. I also wonder if the heart is every other day smart.
